The sports “first” ever two way swoop competition took place this weekend in Zephyrhills Florida. Teams began arriving a week early to practice their two way synchronized landings. By Thursday evening 18 of the worlds best canopy pilots had gathered to take part in this PRO only event. The 11 round meet meet began friday morning. A late start on Friday morning due to fog and and early end due to rain meant only 4 competition rounds were completed by end of day Friday. The meet finished up by sunset on Saturday evening with the final round being the raft accuracy event. A total of $4000 prize $ was paid out to the participants who could place in the top 3 in each event.
